| "Waterline
did a very good job. The lead man on the
2-man crew was a knowledgeable fellow
with whom I've worked with a bit. This
guy was perfect for the WWTP effort as
he has both plant operator experience
and contractor experience. He knew many
folks that Joe did and it is nice to
have a crew that I don't have to worry
over or instruct on how to do this or
that. I've also worked with Waterline's
founder since 1985 or thereabouts and it
is really great to have a company that
you can rely on to be there with good
and well qualified people when you need
them." |

| "I'd
like to thank you for all your hard work
in making this project a success. It
was an absolute pleasure to work with
Waterline Industries on this project. I
was extremely impressed by the
professionalism and construction
knowledge displayed by everyone on the
crew. I learned a lot by watching your
crew in action and I am grateful for the
opportunity to work with such an honest,
hard-working group of people. As a
result, I hope to see Waterline bid on
future projects in Plymouth." |

| “We
were fortunate to have Waterline
Industries awarded the contract to
construct the Crooked Spring WTP. Two
years earlier they had completed the
Riverneck Road WTP for the Chelmsford
Water District, which was a very
successful project. For this new
project, not only did we have many of
the same people from Waterline, but also
many of the same subcontractors. The
entire project team approached this
project with a commitment to provide a
top quality project and they delivered.
Both Stantec and the Water District are
very pleased with the outcome of this
new 4.5 MGD state-of-the-art water
treatment plant that was completed on
time and under budget. Congratulations
to Ralph Dumke and his staff, especially
Dan Brassard, Pat and Dan Carey, Alicia
Gilmore-McGlaughlin, and Mal Burns!” |
